Tru By Hilton Coppell DFW Airport North

I have never been more pleased with a hotel than I am with this one. From check-in to check-out, the staff was exceptional. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. The bed was so dreamy. Almost as good as home. The lobby provides plenty of things to do from games to the pool table. Nice comfortable seating inside and outside on the patio. Our room was on the top floor. We enjoyed watching the planes come in but never heard them. I would say the only two downsides right now is: there isn't much within walking distance but The Sound is 5 minutes away and offers shopping, food and drinks, and while we were there on a weekend and it didn't affect us, there is construction next door. We will definitely back and can't wait to see what all comes to the area.

It’s evident that the housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. My room was not only clean but also well-appointed, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. Overall, it exceeded my expectations in both service and cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and pristine place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area, hoping for a quieter experience next time.

Tru by Hilton is our “go-to” anytime we travel. Every location that we’ve been to is clean, modern, the beds and pillows are so comfortable and my family sleeps really well. Breakfast is great, there’s a good amount to choose from. I like that there’s also variety of food and beverages available to purchase outside breakfast hours. The facts wall by the elevators are fun, our family enjoys reading those. Location by airport is great, the shuttle is a helpful amenity although we didn’t use it. Price is a bargain for what you get.

The room was spacious and very clean with modern furnitures and fixtures. We appreciate the lay out of the room, very different from a usual tight hallway. When the door opens, there was an open entrance way with coat hangers & mirror on one side, an open clothes hangers on top of a mini refrigerator. A very functional  bench serves as seating, shoe rack or put the luggage.  Room is well lit with big open window. Comfortable beds and chair. Several USB ports. Bathroom is bright and clean with towels and toiletries in eco-friendly refillable containers.  Wifi is strong. Cable and smart TV access. Water pressure is good. The lobby is open. Great sitting. Good spots for business meet ups.
